Maggie Brooks is a culinary school grad and former intern at America’s Test Kitchen. She has a love of regional cookbooks and wishes to jet to Paris to find the ultimate croissant. As a Southern transplant, Brooks was a little disappointed there weren’t more baked beans options on Boston’s menus.
