As the magazine's food maven, Garlough covers restaurant openings, closings, trends, chefs, and more. In her quest to find the city's top eats, she's been known to double-dine (i.e. make two back-to-back dinner reservations in one night), and once downed fourteen lobster rolls in two weeks.
